Imparting complete knowledge to the students regarding criminal proceedings followed by drafting bail applications & searching relevant case laws thereunder. 3. Application of Law of Limitation, Evidence & Arbitration Act in civil, criminal & family matters. 4. Consolidation of laws while drafting plaints & written statements followed by the recording of evidence. 5. Comprehensive tips for recording evidence before the court. 6. The manner as to pleading oral arguments before the court. 7. Constitution of the mock trials and moot courts involving the practical of evidence recording and oral arguments before the court to achieve expertise and self-confidence. The training structure as aforesaid will definitely bring out a complete evolution of the candidates into full-fledged practicing pleaders in the court without assistance of any senior counsel. At the end of the programme, the trainees can choose to either stay a lawyer or become a civil judge. The programme will be found equally useful to the foreign law students / graduates, who are affiliated with the syllabus / course contents of foreign universities and are unfamiliar with Pakistan Laws. The training programme, as aforsaid will commence from 1st January, 2021 to 31st December 2021 (one year). Meanwhile formalities as to registration follwed by entry test will be finalized in the month of December.
