ALL THE SHAREHOLDERS OF THE SALIMAABAD ISMAILIA CO-OPERATIVE MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED, are hereby informed that as per the judgment passed by the Sindh High Court in the Sindh Co-operative Act 2020 and Rules 2020, minimum 40% attendance (present strength of the shareholders) is required to validate the decisions taken in the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors, considering the judgment, has taken steps to reduce the shareholders on the following criteria: a) Shareholders who have not attended AGMs b) who have not taken dividend, c) who have not submitted Comptuerizedd NIC, d) did not update their data. Shareholdrs who fall in any of the criteria, their membership have been transferred to non-Active memberships as on June 30, 2021. They may contact the society office during office working hours to either renew their membership or get their funds after completing the required procedures.
