IT is to inform all General Public that Syeda Tabinda Nadeem Jafri W/o Syed Nadeem Haider Jafri and Syeda Mona Abid Jafri W/o Syed Abid Mehdi Jafri are the 50% share holders respectively in Building No. 18-C (ground plus four), Survey No. 26 measuring 200 square yards, situated on 21st East Street, Phase-I, DHA, Karachi, by virtue of Declaration and Confirmation of Oral Gift, Registered at No. 2593 dated 27.06.1997. The original Declaration of Oral Gift has been misplaced / lost and Roznamcha has been lodged in Taimoria Police Station dated 15.09.2021. The Certified True Copy of the said property will be obtained from miscorfilming Officer (Ordinary), City Court Karachi and on the basis of Certified True Copy (C.T.C) both the owners will sale their share of the aforementioned property in favour of their Real Brother Syed Asad Ali Jaffri S/o Syed Aftab Ahmed Jaffri. If any person, authority, bank, organization having any objection / claim on the said property then should notify in the office of Sub-Registrar-I Clifton Town, Karachi, within fifteen (15) days from the date of public of publication notice. Failing which the procedure of sale would be conducted and any objection will not be entertained.
