MY client has entered into a sale agreement with (1) Dr. Syed Baqar Askary S/o late Syed Hassan Askary, holding CNIC No. 42301-8966678-5, (2) Mr. Asghar Mehdi S/o Muhammad Mehdi, holding CNIC No. 42201-0679159-9, (3) Syed Ali Akhtar S/o Mir Najaf Ali, holding CNIC No. 42201-6513490-9, resident of House No. B-79, Block-8, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. trough their duly constituted General Attorney Mr. Siraj-ud-Din Syed S/o Muhammad Hassan, holding CNIC No. 42201-5746823-5, (85% share holder) & (4) Mr. Abdullah Manzoor S/o Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, holding CNIC No. 42501-9396166-3 (15% share holder), all Muslims, adults, residents of Karachi to purchase SKINI PLOT ON SURVEY NO. 186/3, ADMEASURING 8 GHUNTAS EQUAL TO 968 SQUARE YARDS, SITUATED AT MAIN NATIONAL HIGHWAY, NEAR DRIGH COLONY GATE, DEH SAFOORAN, TAPPO SONGOO TALUKA KARACHI-EAST, Karachi with all assets and liabilities belonging to the said plot and / or in an announced and recently launched Housing Project under the name and style of "RIZMA GOLD" with subsisting and valid title thereof. All persons, institutions, authorities & societies claiming any interest in the said property or any part thereof and/or with any sort of allotment / booking and by way of sale, allotment, booking, gift, lease, inheritance, exchange, mortgage, charge, lien, trust, possession, easements, attachment or otherwise howsoever are hereby required to make the same known to the undersigned at his office within seven days hereof along with documentary evidences, failing which claim/objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the said sale will be completed without any reference to such claims/objection which all please note.
