SIRAJ UDDIN SAMAR S/O. (LATE) FAQEER MUHAMMAD, CNIC No.42201-4009817-5, completely free from all claims, liens, charges, burdens, demands, interests, objections, or encumbrances whatsoever in nature, and with peaceful vacant physical possession. Any person(s), body(s), bank, organization, agency, authority, or society having any rights, claim, lien or objection whatsoever over the above mentioned property, should notify the same in writing together with documentary evidence under registered A/D cover to the undersigned as well as to the Sub Registrar-I Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, Karachi, Office located at DC Office East, Karachi & Assistant Director Land, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, KDA 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which, above-mentioned property shall be transferred / mutated in favour of my client and any claim, lien or objection of any therefore shall be considered to be baseless, frivolous, and illegal, which shall be deemed to have been waived.
