Bahauddin (late), in the record of this office. Now, the above-named lease due to natural love and affection has intended to gift away the lease hold rights of above-mentioned property in favor of his real son Mr. Burhan Uddin Haider, holding CNIC No. 42301-5965165-9 S/o Lt. Gen. (R) Moin Uddin Haider, HI(M), T.Bt., by way of Oral gift under the provision of Muhammadan law vide Declaration of Oral Gift dated 06/11/2019.
