THE general public at large is informed that Mr. Bakhtiar Ali s/o Amin Ullah Khan, r/o Burj Nasir Khan, Tehsil and District Peshawar proclaims that his wife namely Nazakat Begum d/o Abbas Khan, r/o Kochian has died 7 years ago. She (the late) has left behind the following persons as the legal and sharai heirs for her parental property situated at Kochian andrai Penam Dheri: Two sons, Asfandyar Khan and Sheharyar Khan, One Daughter, Hajira Asif, Husband, Bakhtiar Ali s/o Amin Ullah Khan. That there is not any other sharai/legal heir for the property. All what is said above is based on reality and there is no room for a fake information.
