I Saleem Ullah S/o Abdul Wahab Resident of Nowshera Registered with FBISE at SSC level under registration No. 0346310013 passed SSC Annual Examination under Roll No. 711367 do announce through daily Newspapers, that I Have decided to partially change my name from Saleem Ullah To Mian Saleem Shah which is / are written as Saleem Ullah in board's documents / Record. Hence the same may be changed. Correction should be made in my SSC documents of FBISE passed in annual examinations under above mentioned registration and Roll Number. The Statement given is true and Correct to the best of my knowledge and nothing concealed.
