WHEREAS i. Imran Hussain (Son) ii. Mrs. Afshan Muhammad Sajid (Daughter) &, iii. Mr. Kamran Hussain (Son) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. Y-6, 20th East Street, Phase-I, measuring 615 Sq. Yards Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 319 of 2017 dated February, 2018, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Shamim Akhtar W/o Mr. Noor Hussain died on 24/06/2017 as per Death Certificate dated 16/08/2017. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
