(Petitioner) the petitioner above named has made Petition Under Section 278 of Succession Act 1925 for the grant of Letter of Administration in respect of Assets Immovable Properties belonging to above named deceased, setting forth that the deceased who having migrated was a national of Saudi Arabia and expired on 28-06-2013 at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and that the said Petitioner claims for grant of Letter of Administration in right of being the Widow of deceased. The above matter is now fixed before Deputy Registrar (OS) on 23rd day of August, 2018 at 10:00 a.m for inviting of public for objections.
