OUR client has contracted to Purchase total measuring 300 square yards Plot No. 111-A Pakistan Employees CO-operative Housing Society Ltd Block-2 with Physical vacant possession from Agha Manzoor Ali S/o (late) Muhammad Agha Hadi CNIC No. 42000-3943631-5 free from all claims, disputes, mortgages, ligations, liens, interests, charges and encumbrances of whatsoever nature, any person / authority having any objection(s) should notify to Honorary Secretary Pakistan Employees Co-operative Housing Society Ltd as well as us with documentary evidence through registered AD within seven days from the date hereof otherwise transaction of sale deed and transfer process of mutation and transfer shall be completed in favour of our client Maniya Associates Shop No. 10, Dada Tarace Jamal-ud-Din Afghani Road Karachi.
