ON behalf of our client it is to inform General Public Department / Authorities Plot No. P.R-2/6/20, and P.R 2/6/21 will not sale purchase and nor Register General Power, Sale Deed, Gift Deed Transfer, mutation Muhammad lqbal S/o Abdul Latif have get / obtain receipt Serial No. 237/240 on 22/01/2018 for Registering General Power of Attorney by fraud which powers are still adjon in the office of Sub Registrar Saddar Town-II, Karachi while on 17/03/2017 we have already submitting an application in registrar office of Plot No. P.R-2/6/20, and as such published a notice in daily newspaper and a case No. 450/2009 is against the Plot No. P.R. 2/6/21 is already running in the Sindh High Court. If anyone will sale / purchase the said Plots from Muhammad lqbal will fully responsible the same all the loss will be bear by him and have already submit an application in the record of Sub Registrar-II Saddar Town for holding the said Power of Attorney.
