Ltd, through its director Mr. Abdul Razzaq Qureshi S/o Muhammad Abbas Qureshi, CNIC No. 42301-0840194-7, R/o Karachi. Free from all encumbrances. Any person, bank, authority, having any claim, dues, liens, objection over this property should notify us and to the Director (I.M) Department, Port Qasim Authority Karachi with documentary evidence within 07 days after the publication of this notice failing which any claims, objection shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer shall be completed in favour of my client.
