WHEREAS, i. Mrs. Zarqa Kanwal (Daughter) ii. Miss. Shaista Kanwal (Daughter) iii. Muhammad Akhtar (Son) iv. Muhammad Tariq (Son) v. Miss. Noshi (Daughter) &, vi. Mrs. Ambreen Kashif (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle, Karachi for transfer the property bearing Shop No. 2, (G/F), measuring 360 sq. feet, on Plot No. 31-C, Rahat Lane No. 2, Phase-VI Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 08 of 2018, dated 09/02/2018, issued by Court of District Judge at Karachi south being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Hamida Begum W/o. Mir Afzal died on 18/07/2017 as per death certificate dated 23/10/2017, who had purchased the said property from Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Malik S/o. Haji Mohammad Eidoo as per Sub-Lease Registered as No. 2211, Book-I, dated 08/05/2007, the entry for which is required to be made in the record of this office. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the Office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
