IT is inform to due this General Public through this notice that Mst. Noor Bibi W/o Abdul Aziz Gabol in capacity of Owner of S. No. 343 (25-23) acres, 347 (10-04) and No. 359 (20-00) total admeasuring 55-27 Acers, Deh Gujhro situated in Sector No. 2-A in Scheme No. 33, by virtue of Entry No. 8/133 of VF-II has requested to the Mukhtiarkar Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi East, for grants of NOC for Sale of above mentioned Land. In this connection any person, Government / Private Organizations, any loan giving Bank and Mortgaging Agencies or any individual Builders / Developers having any complaint or objection, may submit their objections through documentary evidence within (07) Seven days of publication of this Notice to the Mukhtiarkar Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi East. However any objection / complaint of received after expiry of this above period will not be considered and matter will be decided for issuance of NOC for Slae accordingly.
