PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Muhammad Tariq s/o Muhammad Ajmal, is the owner of a Shop No. 1, Sector G-1, Phase 2, Hayatabad, Peshawar. He has given its attorney to Shams ur Rehman s/o Mehboob Shah through Deed No. 2640, Bahi No. 4, Volume No. 548, dated 30-05-2007. Now, Shams ur Rehman s/o Mehboob Shah wants to transfer the said property through given attorney. Therefore, if any individual, bank, department etc have any objection on this transfer, he / it should contact the undersigned within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.
