WHEREAS, the property bearing Flat No. Tp-5, (2nd/F) measuring 2700 square feet on Plot No. Zam-I, Zamzama Boulevard, Phase V, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi stands in the name of Syed Fayaz Hussain S/o Syed Jamshed Hussain as per the existing record of this office the above named lessee has died on 08/01/2011 as per death certificate dated 27/01/2011, leaving behind the following legal heirs on the basis of letter of administration in S.M.A No. 210 of 2016 dated 08/08/2016 issued by Court of District Judge at Karachi South: i. Mrs. Afshan Meerza (Daughter) ii. Mrs. Sumaira Hussain (Daughter) iii. Syed Muhammad Hussain (Son) & iv. Syed Haider Hussain (Son). The above named 03 legal heirs (Son & Daughters) have surrendered / relinquished their shares through special Power of Attorney in favour of their brother Syed Muhammad Hussain by way of relinquish vide Deed of relinquishment registered as No. 4324, Book-I, dated 25/09/2013. Mr. Syed Muhammad Hussain has applied for mutation of the above said property in his favour vide application dated Nil. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of Mr. Syed Muhammad Hussain S/o (Late) Syed Fayyaz Hussain and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
