THE public is hereby notified that our client has contracted to purchase the Land roughly measuring 205 kanals and 13 marlas comprising of (1) 18 Qittas admeasuring 143 kanals and 13 marlas bearing Khasra Nos. 630 (6 kanals 1 marla), 631 (3 kanals 5 marlas), 632 (9 kanals 16 marlas), 633 (4 kanals 18 marlas), 634 (4 kanals 18 marlas), 635 (9 kanals 16 marlas), 636 (9 kanals 11 marlas), 637 (9 kanals 11 marlas), 638 (9 kanals 16 marlas), 639 (9 kanals 16 marlas), 640 (5 kanals 12 marlas), 641 (4 kanals 4 marlas), 642 (9 kanals 7 marlas), 643 (9 kanals 2 marlas), 644 (9 kanals 11 marlas), 645 (9 kanals 11 marlas), 646 (9 kanals 11 marlas), 647 (9 kanals 7 marlas) in Khewat No. 205, Khatooni No. 271 ("18 Qittas"); and (2) 8 Qittas roughly measuring 62 kanals out of 99 Qittas admeasuring 694 kanals and 19 marlas bearing Khasra Nos. 778, 783, 784, 785, 786, 787, 788, 790 in Khewat No. 10/8, Khatooni No. 15 to 23 ("8 Qittas") situated at Chak No. 65, Tehsil Kot Radha Kishan District Kasur (the "Said Property") from Bhanero Textile Mills Limited, free from all mortgages, charges, encumbrances, litigations, claims or objections whatsoever and together with marketable title with vacant physical possession. Any person, company, authority, bank or financial institution having any claim, right, title, interest, lien or objection, whatsoever should notify the same to us along with documentary evidence under registered AD cover within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which any claim, lien or objection, whatsoever, shall be deemed to have been waived and the sale transaction shall be completed and the Said Property validly transferred and conveyed in our client's favour.
