Ltd, through Mr. Muhammad Bilal, Manager Operations, Registered Office at House No. 18, Street 20, Sector F-8/2, Islamabad versus 1. Umer Khan Burki, House No. 155, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi, 2. Malik Asif Ameer, House No. 29-B, New Lalazar, Rah-e-Aman, Adiala Road, Rawalpindi. Application Under Section 20 of The Arbitration Act, 1940 and all other enabling provisions of law. Whereas in the above mentioned case it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above mentioned defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way, it is, therefore, proclaimed under Order 5, Rule 20 CPC that if the said defendant will / shall not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in court at 8am on 02/12/2017, the proceedings will be taken ex-parte.
