IT is to notify for Public that Mst. Zubaida W/o Haji Habib a member of Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi and an allotte of the Residential Bungalow Plot No. 213 Block 'A' of the Society admeasuring 600 square yards bearing City Survey No. 237 who had applied to the Society for the transfer of said Property along with five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in her name to that in the name of Mr. Muhammad lqbal Soomro S/o Muhammad Ibrahim Soomro. After compliance of all the formalities a Public Notice was inserted in Daily Dawn (English) Karachi on 21.01.2005 inviting objections / claims if any but nothing was heard from any corner and accordingly an No Objection Certificate was issued on 14.01.2005 to the Sub-Registrar 'T' Division No. I, Jacob Lines, Karachi for transferring her rights / interest in favour of the said Mr. Muhammad lqbal Soomro S/o Muhammad Ibrahim Soomro and Sale Deed was got registered on 02.03.2005 but the copies of the same did not submitted to the Society for issuance of Mutation Letter etc. at that time. Now the Prospective Transferee has submitted the copy of Sale Deed after the past of 12 years along with an undertaking for issuance of mutation letter etc. Any person or persons or Financial Institution having any objection / claim against the issuance of mutation letter etc in respect of transfer of said Residential Bungalow Plot No. 213 Block 'A' SMCHS Karachi should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within 10 days hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the Managing Committee and objections / claims if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note:- The said plot is purely a residential bungalow plot no bifurcation / sub-division is allowed. Construction of any type of Town-houses / Multi-storeyed-building / Flat-site / Office-plaza / Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-arcade/ Super-market / Commercial plaza / Showroom / Restaurant / Hotel / Motel / School / Wedding-lawn / Hall / Cinema hall / Cineplex / Security-company etc. is not allowed. The Undertakings for the same have already been submitted by the Transferor and Transferee. In case, if the plot is privately sub-divided / bifurcated, the Allotment Order / Mutation Letter / Sub-Lease will stand cancelled.
