THIS is for general information that my client (Vendee) has entered into an Agreement to Sell dated February 08, 2018 with Mrs. Darshana Maheshwari, Wife of Dileep Kumar Maheshwari, holding CNIC # 44107-4753804-6 (Vendor) for purchase of office premises bearing Executive- No. 5, measuring 970 sq feet, located on second floor of the Project known as "Glass Tower", which is part and parcel of the Survey No. 02, Sheet No. FT-3, Frere Town Quarters Karachi (South), which is owned by above named Darshana Maheshwari (Vendor) and is in her physical undisputed vacant possession. If any person or public or private institution / company, etc., have any objection to this sale-purchase transaction, must communicate to me in writing, duly received, on the address given at the end of this Notice, within a period of One Week from date of its publication and after expiry of the said period, it would be presumed that none has any objection, whatsoever, to this sale-purchase transaction and the Vendor, Darshana Maheshwari, would execute sale instrument in favour of my client , which would be registered with the concerned Sub.
