OUR client has agreed to purchase Office No. 313, measuring 1222 sq ft, situated at Fourth Floor of "The Forum" constructed on Plot No. G-20, Blcok-9, Clifton, Karachi from Mr. Muhammad Raza Thaver S/o Mr. Ashiq Ali, Muslim, adult, holding CNIC No. 42000-6057302-1, resident of Karachi. Any person, body, bank, authority, agency, society, having any claim, right, lien, or any objection whatsoever, should notify to the Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town, Block-3 Clifton Karachi, also to the undersigned along with documentary evidence under Registered AD-Cover within seven days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which any claim, lien or objection of such persons, if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer / mutation of the said property shall be completed in favour of our client.
