OUR client has contracted to Purchase Plot No.K-187 measuring 1.00 Acres at SITE Nooriabad from M/s Kohmir Apparel through its proprietor Mr. Muhammad Tahir S/o Muhammad Shafique, CNIC No.42000-3470170-3 R/o Karachi. If anyone has any objection regarding the above said plot, he should inform the Secretary SITE Ltd, Manghoo Pir Road Karachi with documentary evidence within seven days from the date hereof failing which all claims, objections received thereafter shall be considered as waived and transfer of the above plot shall be completed in favour of my client.
