WHEREAS i) Mst. Chaman Ara Begum (Mother) ii) Mst. Talat Parveen (Widow) iii) Mohammad Ali Barry (Son) iv) Mrs. Hamna Zeeshan (Daughter) v) Ahsan Zafar (Son) & vi) Miss. Sundus Zafar (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Shop No. S-5, (ground / mezzanine floor), measuring 558 sq.feet, on Plot No. 10-C, Stadium Lane No. 3, Phase V, Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mr. Zafar Ahmed Kalia S/o (Late) Shaikh Abdul Ghani Kalia died on 26/01/2010 as per death certificate dated 09/03/2010 on the basis of Court Order issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi in S.M.A No. 162 of 2010, dated 06/09/2010.
