No. 43203-8456589-1, resident of House No. 15, Shaikh Zaid Colony, Block-A, Larkana, Sindh, free from all claims, litigation, liens, charges, burdens, demands, mortgages, and other outstanding dues of whatsoever nature and with vacant possession. Any person, body, bank, authority, agency, society, having any claim, right, lien, or any objection whatsoever, should notify to the Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town, Karachi, and also to me, along with documentary evidence under registered A/D cover within seven days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which any claim, lien or objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed in my favour.
