Shama Atiq Siddiqui W/o Atiq Ur Rehman Siddiqui holding Cnic No. 42301-3326423-0, has contracted to purchase double story Bunglow No. 59/III, Khayabane Tariq Phase-VI, DHA Karachi measuring 500 square yards from Mr. Muhammad Ahsan S/o Nawab Abdul Sattar holding Cnic # 42000-3882043-5, Resident of Karachi free from all dues, loan, taxes, encumbrances etc. if any person, bank / Authority having any claim objection should notify us or Sub-Registrar-1, Clifton Town Karachi within Seven days along with documentry evidence, otherwise transation shall be complete in favour of our client.
