IN the Court of Shumaila Sheikh Sahiba, Civil Judge Gujar Khan. Abdul Haq etc vs 1. Sakina Bi, widow of Abdul Majeed, 2. Fazal Haq, 3. Zafran, 4. Tariq, 5. Shah Jahan, sons of Abdul Majeed and Sakina Bi, 6. Mst. Kausar, 7. Mst. Rehana daughters Abdul Majeed and Sakina Bi, residents of Mohallah Takkia Baba Rahim Shah Gujar Khan, Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi, 8. Public at large. Suit for Declaration for Legal Heirship. Whereas in the above mentioned case it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above mentioned defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way, it is, therefore, proclaimed under Order 5, Rule 20 CPC that if the said defendant will / shall not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in court at 9am on 03/10/2017, the proceedings will be taken ex-parte. No arguments of any nature shall be entertained thereafter. Given under my hand and seal of this Court.
