IN The Islamabad High Court, Islamabad. CR No. 186-2016. Khalid Aziz vs Sikandar Aziz Khan. Notice to the Respondents namely: 1. Mst. Iffat Aziz Khan, D/o Abdul Aziz Khan, R/o 16-F, Khushal Khan Khattak Road, University Town, Peshawar. Whereas in the above mentioned cast it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Court that the above mentioned respondent cannot be served in an ordinary way. It is therefore, proclaimed under Order 5 Rule 20 CPC that if the said respondent will not appear personally or through a duly authorized agent or pleader in the Court on 15-01-2018 at 09:00 AM, the proceedings will be taken ex-parte.
