IN The Court of Ghaffar Jalil, Judge Banking Court, Islamabad. Case Title:- UBL VS Nasir Sajjad S/o Muhammad Rafique, R/O H. No. 921, near Zia Masjid, Abid Majeed Road, Tench Bhata Rawalpindi. (2) H. No. 901, Lane No. 19, New Afshan Colony, near Hira Public School, Rang Road Rawalpindi, (3). Islamabad Bettry Centre Shop No. 2, Block 5, Main Civic Center, Melody Market Islamabad. Whereas the UBL Bank Ltd Islamabad has instituted a suit for Recovery of Rs.137971.50/- due against under Section 9(5) of Financial Institution Recovery of Finances Ordinance 2001. You are hereby summoned to obtain leave to defend the suit under ordinance within 30 days after the publication of this notice. In default whereof the plaintiff will be entitled to obtain the decree of the said sum till realization of amount. Next date of hearing is fixed as 21-09-2017.
